Healthy by drinking more water

Did you know most mature adults lose 2.5 – 3 liters of water a day!  Add heat and exercise and that number could be greater.The human body contains 55-78% water, depending on the size of he body. Water has so many important jobs in the body and it is super important that we stay hydrated. Here are a few of the many things water does for your body:

  • Regulates body temperature by sweating
  • takes care of every cell in our body
  • cushions and lubricates joints
  • aid digestion

Water is essential for most bodily functions.

I struggled to drink water for a long time and the things I would notice most were:

  • Tiredness
  • Cold
  • headaches
  • mood changes

Surprisingly I would still not feel thirsty. My body is pretty weird. So I have been drinking more and more water each day and it helps me tremendously! Here are some stats to help you get that water in:

Plexus week 3

Today marks 3 weeks on Plexus and I am pretty impressed with my progress so far. My weight today 148!!

Summer Boredom Busters

Summer can get very taxing on parents as children get bored and they are very vocal about that. Or they end up trying to spend the day on electronics, watching tv, or starring at you until you come up with a cool idea (or are my kids the only ones who do this?) I found a list of over 180 ideas to keep your kids from being bored and driving you crazy this summer!

Some of my favorite were:

  • Make a pinata– we did something similar using a paper lantern as the base.
  • Learn to sew or knit- we did some of the projects last year and I hope to do a few more this year! My daughter loved to try it out.
  • Make Ice Cream in a Bag– ohhh we are very curious to make this!
  • Camp in the Backyard- we are going camping at a campsite as a family for the first time next week but I am looking forward to trying this one with the kids also
  • Planetarium- We did this today and it was a blast! My science loving son answered tons of questions the announcer asked and my daughter seemed pretty excited. Little one fell asleep but it had been a busy day so I don’t blame him.

  •  Movie Theaters- so many of the movie theaters have $1 movies check your local theater to see what they offer.
  • Zoo- oh the zoo! We have a membership to our local zoo and we love it. Although during the summer it is very hot here we still enjoy going when we can.

Shaping my Body: Plexus Slim Day 4

Today is day 4 for my journey with Plexus Slim and the accelerator+. I have enjoyed this product so far and I look forward to the changes that are to come. This morning I weighed myself and I weighed 153, which is 2 lbs less than when I started. I did not notice a change on the inches, but I have noticed a change in my energy.

I have been able to keep going a lot longer and I hope the energy keeps coming!

 

Plexus Slim

I have been hearing amazing results from my friend about Plexus Slim. I feel so much better after the 21 day diet but I still have quite a bit more to lose, so I though I would give this a try.

Plexus Slim is supposed to help me lose weight (fat not muscle) and eat less, crave less, and stabilize blood sugar and help with headaches.  There are so many benefits that I thought it would not hurt to try it.

Today is Day One and I hope to update you every day as I progress through this month. Here is where I am about to get real with you. I have struggled with my weight ever since I could remember, but as I grew older I realized I should not be so obsessed about it but if I can make a change I should. So here I am making a change! My current weight this morning was 155 and my goal final goal is around 130.  I know that is a lot so I have broken down my goals into smaller bites. I would love to lose 2-3 lbs this week so by June 13th I hope to weight 152 or so.

I am going to also be taking measurements to track my progress and see where or if it is working.

Day One

Woke up weighed myself took pictures and measurements and had breakfast.

These are not pictures or numbers I am proud of but this is where I am starting and I was told to put on tight clothes for the pictures So I put on pants a size too small for me that I don’t currently wear but would love to!

I made up my pink drink and drank that along with the accelerator+ and had that about 20 minutes after breakfast. SO far today I have had more energy and I have also drank 4 bottles of water and it isn’t even dinner time yet. That right there is HUGE, I usually do not get thirsty and have to remind myself to drink.
I did not notice much change in my cravings or appetite. But I have changed my eating so much that it may not affect me right away. Also I am sure it will take a little time to get started.

I am looking forward to this journey and trying this product. I do not expect it to do everything for me but if it can help me even a little it would be worth it. If the energy keeps up that would be a great treat, Here is to the rest of the day!
